🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including tracking details.


2. Shipping Times

We deliver nationwide (and internationally, if applicable).
Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on location and customs)

Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to courier delays.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be available on select products or orders above a certain amount (check banners or promotions on our site).


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.

5. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

At eMax Toys, we want you to love every item you buy.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly.


1. Easy Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or an order number is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used toys

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@emaxtoys.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–10 business days.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — don’t worry!
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video, and we’ll send a free replacement or full refund.


5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, cancellations must follow the standard return process.
